Join Greater Manchester Skeptics Society for our January Social event and a stimulating evening of critical thinking and intellectual discussions on ethics and rationality. There may also be some chat about pop culture and sci-fi.

To further the adage "the exception proves the rule", our recent run of consistently meeting on the first Thursday of each month has been briefly out into abeyance, since New Year's day is officially a recovery day and not a 'proper' day at all.

As it is holiday season the upstairs hasn't been available, so we have booked a couple of tables downstairs at Abel Heywood from 7:30 onwards also the Abel Heywood serves food until 9pm.
